Conscious Dance is way to encourage people to explore movement freely in a non-judgmental and non-verbal space. No skills needed, just be present, listen to your body, and let go of your ego. All ages welcome!

Tara Ma is the founder and facilitator of Ecstatic Dance Providence and has been DJing in New England for over 12 years. She weaves an electronic tapestry of ethereal sounds, global rhythms, funky remixes and bass-y beats that will ignite your chakras and bring you back home to your body and spirit.
